Mike will take you and your dog through a step by step process that allows you and your dog to have enormous success from the moment you take them home. At the beginning of the training, Mike spends a lot of time getting to know each dog. Understanding how to motivate each dog is critical to the training success. During a board and stay program, Mike is able to spend that time with each dog, learn all about it, and implement a system that is tailored for each pets needs.

After a dogs stay, Mike spends a lot of time with each family explaining the communication system he used and works directly with the pet owner and the dog. This ensures the new learning is transferred and your pet is able to maintain the new skills learned.

Mike believes in his a system that lets a dog be a dog but also sets expectations for behavior. At this end of the training, we find that dogs are happier because they understand how to follow commands which makes their owners happy! Most dogs really do want to please you. Owners are happy because they can enjoy time with their dog and know they can depend on their pet to listen.
